Cozy room with a comfy bed that was perfect for a good night's sleep 😊. The bathroom was shared, but overall had a nice layout and was quite spacious.

The check-in was fast, and check-out was a breeze, the room had central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave oven.

Booked a room with a great breakfast. Also, location was perfectly comfortable and ideal, at walking distance from West Gate Shopping Center. This hotel was located in a pretty quiet area.

holiday inn express surpassed my expectations during this stay. the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had great options to choose from. overall, a 10/10 experience!

The staff was professional, friendly, and prompt in answering questions or requests for extra towels, directions about the city, etc. a special kudos to the manager, desk clerk and especially maintenance staff who helped two middle-aged women with a car/trailer issue that we could not manage ourselves. I would highly recommend this hotel for these reasons.

An on-site coin laundry would have been helpful.

Did not like the fact that they gave us a room on the road side with a lot of noise even though they had rooms on the other quieter side.

The breakfast was a nice bonus, and the coffee was actually pretty good. The location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was in close proximity to key attractions in the area. Additionally, the bed was very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

The rooms were in need of renovation, with stained carpets and broken seals on the windows. The daytime check-in staff was not very welcoming, and I didn't feel like a valued guest.

Easy access. Easy parking Numerous restaurants is very short drive distance. No hassle with parking and traffic as encountered in hotles downtown. Free parking.

Was on ground floor close to reception, and to various offices of the staff, so this was annoyingly noisy.

Impressed with how fast and efficient I was checked in. How comfortable & safe I felt at this location. Breakfast was good, I think offering some fresh fruit may help. I ate eggs, imitation is not my favorite. Bacon n gravy was very good. Overall, a Very comfortable,clean, and safe, welcomed environment! I have stayed twice now, and if I am to stay in South Austin again, this will be the place.

We were impressed with the cleanliness and hotel facilities that this location offered. The staff was kind and helpful, especially the lady at the front desk and Carlos. We appreciated being accommodated with a room close to the front since we had our child on crutches. Breakfast was good, although we would have appreciated some fresh fruit. The bacon and gravy were a highlight, and we felt comfortable and safe throughout our stay. We would definitely return to this hotel if we're ever in the area again.
