Room was big plus the breakfast was good. Fortunately, free Wi-Fi was available. Distance to the airport was just 12 miles.

The staff was professional, friendly, and prompt in answering questions or requests for extra towels, directions about the city, etc. a special kudos to the manager, desk clerk and especially maintenance staff who helped two middle-aged women with a car/trailer issue that we could not manage ourselves. I would highly recommend this hotel for these reasons.
An on-site coin laundry would have been helpful.

Did not like the fact that they gave us a room on the road side with a lot of noise even though they had rooms on the other quieter side.

Impressed with how fast and efficient I was checked in. How comfortable & safe I felt at this location. Breakfast was good, I think offering some fresh fruit may help. I ate eggs, imitation is not my favorite. Bacon n gravy was very good. Overall, a Very comfortable,clean, and safe, welcomed environment! I have stayed twice now, and if I am to stay in South Austin again, this will be the place.

Easy access. Easy parking Numerous restaurants is very short drive distance. No hassle with parking and traffic as encountered in hotles downtown. Free parking.
Was on ground floor close to reception, and to various offices of the staff, so this was annoyingly noisy.
